We are a Classical, boutique studio dedicated to helping people at any stage in their lives, prevent injury and continue their active + athletic lifestyle, giving them the freedom to feel more empowered and be more in control of their bodies.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are one-on-one workouts with an instructor and the best way for new clients to begin a practice. Each session is tailored to personal needs and goals utilizing all the Pilates apparatus.
Introductory Special:
3 Private Sessions for $309
Whether you’re new to Pilates or new to our studio, our Introductory package is the best way to get started. Focus is on giving our clients new skills and setting the foundation for a consistent Pilates practice.

Duet Sessions
Two participants with one instructor. This type of session is best when two clients are at the same level in their Pilates practice. This is a great option for those who know their bodies, understand the exercises and are familiar with the equipment.
Mat Classes
The cornerstone of Joseph Pilates’ method, the traditional mat work has 34 tried and true exercises. We keep our classes limited to 6 participants so that we can give proper instruction and attention to everyone. Mats and other equipment will be provided.
DP Foundations
This is a Beginner/Intermediate mat class. We’ll focus on understanding, connecting to, and strengthening the muscles we call the Powerhouse. We’ll learn the fundamentals of the Classical Pilates mat work, building our foundation from a place of strength, stability, and control.
Mondays 11:30am | Wednesday 5:30pm | Thursdays 12:00pm
DP Flow
This is an Intermediate mat class. The class focuses on continuously moving through the exercises, picking up the pace, challenging your stamina, and strengthening the mind/body connection. You’ve learned how to move from a place of strength, stability, and control; now it’s time to play and progress with it even more!
Saturdays 9:30am
Tower Classes
Tower Classes are semi-private and previous Pilates experience is recommended. You will experience Classical Pilates exercises on the Tower. You'll gain strength learning how to "resist the springs". With a limit of 4 students for this class, you'll get hands-on instruction from the teacher, improving your skills and getting stronger with the support of each other.
